Inventory

We have 9 private exam/consulting rooms, 4 MA stations and 4 IV Therapy Stations
Rooms and stations can be booked 7 days a week. Each room is furnished with a
desk/chair for the doctor and 2 patient chairs as well as different types of exam tables

Security Deposit

  • Security Deposits are refundable at termination of plan minus a $100 termination and cleaning fee.
  • If there is damage made beyond normal wear and tear, it may be charged to the security deposit.
  • Security deposit refunds are paid out by check within 30 days of cancellation.

Setup Fees

  • One-time setup fee covers key card access, system setup, directory listing, & kiosk directory programming.

Payment Processing

  • Payments for Weekly plans are charged automatically to the account on file every Tuesday, whether all of the time is used or not.
  • There is no service fee for ACH transactions.
  • There is a fixed 3.5% transaction fee for credit card transactions, which is paid by the client.
  • $25 membership weekly membership fees for pay-as-you-go plans are automatically charged to the account on file every Tuesday.

Refunds

  • Hourly bookings are charged upon booking and are not refundable.
  • Hourly bookings can be rescheduled or credited for future bookings if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled booking.
  • There is no refund or credit for unused time under the Weekly Plan.

Plan Termination

  • Weekly Plan members are required to provide a 12-week written notice to terminate their plan and can do so at any time.
  • Pay As You Go Plan members are required to provide at least 4 weeks notice to terminate their plan and can do so at any time.
